Incubator Operation team
－ Allocate into Business Intelligence Department Incubator Operation team
－ Design, develop & implement analytic solutions in a wide range of the operation of the incubator, including the roof bar, canteen, gym and event space and the entire building.
－ Conduct market research on operation including interview with experts, companies, clients, and collecting business data etc.
－ Demonstrate financial awareness & business acumen
－ Communicate with internal & external clients, conveying ideas in an accessible & engaging way
－ Providing a full range of administrative and operational support to the project manager
－ Assist with project budgeting and forecasting
Key Skills and Competencies
－ Basic understanding of incubator, building operation, real estate
－ Strong creative problem solving, analytical and strategic skill set and strong business senses
－ Able to work under pressure
－ Strong MS Office skills
－ Strong attention to detail
－ Advanced level of English
