Shanghai has been known not only as China’s business and financial centre, but as the international financial centre of the Far East. Nowadays, with its development in financial economics and powerful cohesion, Shanghai has become the top start-up city in China; ranking second place in the “World’s Most Attractive Cities” – just below London, UK. While the number of modern research centres and office buildings are in fact greater than in London, LuJiaZui has become the newest financial and trading zone for Shanghai.
