Marketing Department
-Undertake market research, analysis, strategic market planning analysis
-Liaise with advertising companies, social media management
-Data management, identify potential prospects for marketing campaigns
-Research professional organisations in the open source, financial services and security space
-Help with collection and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data from client marketing campaigns
-Assist with trade shows, conferences, networking events. Network with others in the industry to develop new business opportunity
-Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas and memes, then capitalize on those trends through our social media accounts
-Planning and managing networking event, include create event proposal and prepare event budget
-Coming up with PR strategies and overseeing social media PR strategies
-Building relationships and provide support to social media efforts
-Maintain tracking report of public relations activity
-Arrange accommodating and reception services to global clients
-Develop and manage global clients relationship with Chinese clients

Key Skills and Competencies
-Graphic design, event management or journalism background preferred
-Relevant experience preferred
-Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative on specific project
-Mandarin speaker preferred, but not essential
-Excellent research and data analysis skills
-Advance level of English, strong verbal and written communication skills required
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a changing environment
