Our Marketing Department drives all social media activities, event management, promotions, advertising, publications, communications and sales support. Our ambitious team works closely with all other departments in generating new opportunities. The Junior Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team on all projects directed at maximising company profits, as well as developing marketing campaigns. You will have the chance to participate in organising exhibitions, seminars, sales conferences and customer hospitality events. We would expect you to assist in planning campaigns and developing communications material to promote our brand and services to current and prospective clients.
Your day-to-day duties would involve:
- Undertaking market research, drafting press releases
- Assisting in arranging promotional events
- Social Media campaign management
- Designing and posting online content on our platforms
- Updating website content and assist with SEO campaigns
- Assisting in building brand awareness and brand loyalty
- Assist in conducting a range of marketing campaign projects, for example interviewing founders of startups for a video series
- Liaising with other corporate departments
- Assisting in PR activities
- Assist in arranging travel and receiving global clients and guests from China
You will be mainly office-based, but the role involves some travel within London.

- Be confident, patient, tactful and diplomatic
- Have good commercial awareness
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Be able to multi-task and efficiently alternate between duties
- Have good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work as part of a team in a cross-cultural environment
- Be able to work in an accurate and detail-oriented manner
- Mandarin is not essential but preferred
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree of 2:1 or higher
